We offer a choice to sellers of Real Estate. We can list any property in Vermont traditionally, list it on the MLS, market it and sell it. In the case of a seller being on a stricter timeline, we can sell any property at auction and essentially tell the Seller when he/she will be paid. We sell property either “Absolute” which means it will be sold to the highest bidder , or we sell the property “Subject to Confirmation” which means the owner has the right to accept or reject the highest bid at the conclusion of the auction.
